1. 集める情報

• アカウント情報：メールアドレス、または Apple / Google でログインした場合はそのサービスから受け取る識別子（ID）とメールアドレス（Apple の「メールを非公開」を選んだ場合は転送用アドレス）。
• ログインせずに使う場合：記録はお使いの端末（ブラウザ）の中だけに保存され、運営者のサーバーには送られません（下記の匿名の件数を除く）。ブラウザのデータを消すと記録も消えます。
• あなたが入力する内容：目標、毎日の記録、週のメモ、宣言カード（名前・手書きサインの画像を含む）、タイムゾーン・言語などの設定。シーズン（年）ごとに保存します。
• 通知を使う場合：プッシュ通知を届けるための端末ごとの宛先情報、通知の時刻設定、送信した記録（二重送信を防ぐため）。
• 匿名の利用状況：「紹介ページの表示」「利用開始」「その日の最初の記録」「共有・書き出し」「ホーム画面への追加」の回数を、日付ごとの合計件数としてだけ保存します。ユーザーID・IPアドレス・端末情報とは結びつけません。
• 技術的な情報：サーバーの運用のために、アクセス日時・IP アドレスなどが委託先のログに一時的に記録されることがあります。

位置情報、連絡先、写真などは集めません。

2. 使いみち

• ログインと、スマホ・PC など複数の端末であなたの記録を同期するため
• あなたが設定したリマインダーなどの通知を、選んだ言語とタイムゾーンで送るため
• お問い合わせへの対応、不正利用の防止、障害の調査のため
• サービス改善のための匿名の件数の把握（上記の日別件数のみ）
• 個人を特定できない形にした統計（例：「Day 30 まで続けた人の割合」）を作り、将来アプリ内で他の参加者との比較として表示するため。5人未満の値は表示しません。設定でこの集計に含めないようにできます。

3. 第三者への提供と委託先

法律で求められる場合を除き、あなたの情報を第三者に売ったり渡したりしません。アプリを動かすために、次のサービスに保存・処理を委託しています。

• Supabase（データベース・認証・通知の送信）：データは Supabase の東京リージョン（日本）のサーバーに保存します。
• Cloudflare（アプリの配信）：アプリのファイルを配信します。あなたの記録は保存しません。
• Apple / Google：それぞれのログインを選んだ場合の認証。プッシュ通知の配達（お使いのブラウザの通知サービス）。
• メール配信サービス：ログイン用メールの送信。

これらの委託先には米国など日本以外の国の事業者が含まれます。

4. 端末に保存するもの

ログイン状態の維持と、電波がないときにも使えるようにするため、ブラウザの保存領域（localStorage など）にログイン情報・記録のコピー・表示言語を保存します。広告用の Cookie は使いません。ログアウトすると、この端末の記録のコピーは削除されます。

5. 保存期間と削除

データはアカウントがある間保存します（過去のシーズンの記録も含みます）。アプリの「設定 → アカウント → アカウントを削除」から、いつでもアカウントとすべてのデータを削除できます。削除はすぐに行われ、元に戻せません。バックアップに残ったデータも一定期間後に消去されます。匿名の件数・統計（個人を特定できない数値）は削除後も残ります。

6. あなたの権利

自分のデータの確認・訂正・削除・書き出し（JSON）はアプリの中でできます。それ以外のご要望（開示の請求など）は下の連絡先へどうぞ。

7. 安全管理

通信は暗号化（HTTPS）し、データベースでは「本人の行だけを読める・書ける」仕組み（行レベルセキュリティ）で他の利用者から見えないようにしています。

8. 未成年の方

未成年の方は、保護者の同意を得てからご利用ください。

9. 変更

このポリシーを変更するときは、アプリ内またはこのページでお知らせします。大きな変更の場合は、事前にお知らせします。

1. What we collect

• Account: your email address, or — if you sign in with Apple or Google — the identifier and email address they share with us (a relay address if you chose “Hide My Email”).
• If you use the app without signing in: your logs are stored only on your device (in your browser) and are not sent to our servers (except the anonymous counts below). Clearing your browser data deletes them.
• What you enter: goals, daily records, weekly notes, your pledge card (including your name and signature image), and settings such as your time zone and language, stored per season (year).
• If you turn on notifications: a per-device push address, your reminder times, and a log of sent reminders (to avoid duplicates).
• Anonymous usage counts: the number of landing-page views, sign-ups, first log of the day, shares/exports and Home Screen installs, stored only as totals per date. They are never linked to a user ID, IP address or device.
• Technical data: our providers may briefly log access times and IP addresses to operate the service.

We do not collect your location, contacts, or photos.

2. How we use it

• To sign you in and sync your records across your devices
• To send the reminders you set up, in your chosen language and time zone
• To answer your questions, prevent abuse, and fix problems
• To understand overall usage through the anonymous daily totals above
• To produce anonymous, aggregated statistics (e.g. “the share of people who reached Day 30”) that may later be shown in the app as a comparison with other participants. Values based on fewer than five people are never shown. You can opt out in settings.

3. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell or give your information to third parties except where required by law. We use these providers to run the app:

• Supabase (database, sign-in, sending notifications) — data is stored in Supabase’s Tokyo region (Japan).
• Cloudflare (serving the app files) — does not store your records.
• Apple / Google — sign-in if you choose them, and delivery of push notifications through your browser’s push service.
• An email delivery service — for sign-in emails.

Some providers are located outside Japan (e.g. in the United States).

4. Storage on your device

To keep you signed in and to work offline, the app stores your session, a copy of your records and your display language in your browser’s storage (such as localStorage). No advertising cookies are used. Signing out removes the copy of your records from that device.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep your data (including past seasons) while your account exists. You can delete your account and all data at any time via Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone; backups are purged after a limited period. Anonymous counts and statistics, which cannot identify you, remain.

6. Your rights

You can view, correct, delete, and export (JSON) your data in the app. For other requests, contact us below.

7. Security

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), and the database uses row-level security so that each person can only read and write their own records.

8. Minors

If you are a minor, please get permission from a parent or guardian before using the app.

9. Changes

We will announce changes in the app or on this page, and in advance for significant changes.

1. 수집하는 정보

• 로그인 없이 사용하는 경우: 기록은 사용 중인 기기(브라우저)에만 저장되며 운영자의 서버로 전송되지 않아요(아래의 익명 집계 제외). 브라우저 데이터를 지우면 기록도 삭제돼요.
• 사용자가 입력하는 내용: 목표, 매일의 기록, 주간 메모, 선언 카드(이름·손글씨 서명 이미지 포함), 시간대·언어 등의 설정. 시즌(연도)별로 저장해요.
• 알림을 사용하는 경우: 푸시 알림을 보내기 위한 기기별 수신 주소, 알림 시각 설정, 발송 기록(중복 발송 방지용).
• 익명 이용 현황: 소개 페이지 조회, 이용 시작, 그날의 첫 기록, 공유·내보내기, 홈 화면 추가 횟수를 날짜별 합계로만 저장해요. 사용자 ID·IP 주소·기기 정보와 연결하지 않아요.
• 기술 정보: 서버 운영을 위해 접속 일시·IP 주소 등이 위탁업체의 로그에 일시적으로 기록될 수 있어요.

위치 정보, 연락처, 사진 등은 수집하지 않아요.

2. 이용 목적

• 로그인 및 휴대폰·PC 등 여러 기기 간 기록 동기화
• 사용자가 설정한 리마인더 등 알림을 선택한 언어와 시간대로 발송
• 문의 대응, 부정 이용 방지, 장애 조사
• 위의 익명 일별 건수를 통한 전체 이용 현황 파악
• 개인을 특정할 수 없는 통계(예: 「Day 30까지 이어간 사람의 비율」)를 만들어, 향후 앱에서 다른 참가자와의 비교로 표시. 5명 미만의 값은 표시하지 않으며, 설정에서 집계 제외를 선택할 수 있어요.

3. 제3자 제공 및 위탁

법령에 따른 경우를 제외하고 사용자의 정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않아요. 앱 운영을 위해 다음 서비스에 저장·처리를 위탁해요.

• Supabase(데이터베이스·인증·알림 발송): 데이터는 Supabase 도쿄 리전(일본)의 서버에 저장돼요.
• Cloudflare(앱 배포): 앱 파일을 배포하며 기록은 저장하지 않아요.
• Apple / Google: 해당 로그인을 선택한 경우의 인증, 푸시 알림 전달(브라우저의 알림 서비스).

위탁업체에는 미국 등 일본 외 국가의 사업자가 포함돼요.

4. 기기에 저장하는 정보

로그인 상태 유지와 오프라인 사용을 위해 브라우저 저장소(localStorage 등)에 로그인 정보, 기록의 사본, 표시 언어를 저장해요. 광고용 쿠키는 사용하지 않아요. 로그아웃하면 이 기기의 기록 사본은 삭제돼요.

5. 보관 기간 및 삭제

데이터는 계정이 있는 동안(지난 시즌 기록 포함) 보관해요. 앱의 「설정 → 계정 → 계정 삭제」에서 언제든지 계정과 모든 데이터를 삭제할 수 있어요. 삭제는 즉시 이루어지며 되돌릴 수 없어요. 백업에 남은 데이터도 일정 기간 후 삭제돼요. 개인을 특정할 수 없는 익명 건수·통계는 삭제 후에도 남아요.

6. 사용자의 권리

자신의 데이터 확인·수정·삭제·내보내기(JSON)는 앱 안에서 할 수 있어요. 그 밖의 요청(열람 청구 등)은 아래 연락처로 보내 주세요.

7. 안전 관리

통신은 암호화(HTTPS)되며, 데이터베이스는 「본인의 행만 읽고 쓸 수 있는」 방식(행 수준 보안)으로 다른 사용자에게 보이지 않도록 하고 있어요.

8. 미성년자

미성년자는 보호자의 동의를 받은 후 이용해 주세요.

1. Qué recopilamos

• Cuenta: tu correo electrónico o, si entras con Apple o Google, el identificador y el correo que nos comparten (una dirección de reenvío si eliges «Ocultar mi correo»).
• Si usas la app sin iniciar sesión: tus registros se guardan solo en tu dispositivo (en tu navegador) y no se envían a nuestros servidores (salvo los recuentos anónimos indicados abajo). Si borras los datos del navegador, se borran.
• Lo que introduces: metas, registros diarios, notas semanales, tu tarjeta de compromiso (incluido tu nombre y la imagen de tu firma) y ajustes como la zona horaria y el idioma, guardados por temporada (año).
• Si activas las notificaciones: una dirección de envío por dispositivo, tus horas de recordatorio y un registro de los avisos enviados (para no duplicarlos).
• Recuentos de uso anónimos: el número de visitas a la página de inicio, altas, primer registro del día, veces que compartes o exportas e instalaciones en la pantalla de inicio, guardados solo como totales por fecha. Nunca se vinculan a un ID de usuario, una dirección IP ni un dispositivo.
• Datos técnicos: nuestros proveedores pueden registrar brevemente horas de acceso y direcciones IP para operar el servicio.

No recopilamos tu ubicación, contactos ni fotos.

2. Para qué lo usamos

• Para iniciar sesión y sincronizar tus registros entre tus dispositivos
• Para enviarte los recordatorios que configures, en tu idioma y tu zona horaria
• Para responder a tus consultas, evitar abusos y resolver problemas
• Para conocer el uso general mediante los totales diarios anónimos indicados arriba
• Para elaborar estadísticas anónimas y agregadas (p. ej., «el porcentaje de personas que llegaron al día 30») que podrán mostrarse en la app como comparación con otros participantes. Nunca se muestran valores basados en menos de cinco personas. Puedes excluirte en los ajustes.

3. Cesión y proveedores

No vendemos ni cedemos tu información a terceros salvo obligación legal. Usamos estos proveedores para que la app funcione:

• Supabase (base de datos, inicio de sesión y envío de notificaciones): los datos se guardan en la región de Tokio de Supabase (Japón).
• Cloudflare (distribución de los archivos de la app): no guarda tus registros.
• Apple / Google: inicio de sesión si los eliges y entrega de notificaciones a través del servicio de tu navegador.
• Un servicio de envío de correo: para los correos de acceso.

Algunos proveedores están fuera de Japón (por ejemplo, en Estados Unidos).

4. Datos en tu dispositivo

Para mantener tu sesión y funcionar sin conexión, la app guarda tu sesión, una copia de tus registros y tu idioma en el almacenamiento del navegador (como localStorage). No usamos cookies publicitarias. Al cerrar sesión se borra la copia de tus registros de ese dispositivo.

5. Conservación y eliminación

Conservamos tus datos (incluidas las temporadas anteriores) mientras exista tu cuenta. Puedes eliminar tu cuenta y todos los datos en cualquier momento en Ajustes → Cuenta → Eliminar cuenta. La eliminación es inmediata e irreversible; las copias de seguridad se purgan tras un periodo limitado. Los recuentos y estadísticas anónimos, que no pueden identificarte, se conservan.

6. Tus derechos

Puedes consultar, corregir, eliminar y exportar (JSON) tus datos en la app. Para otras solicitudes, contáctanos abajo.

7. Seguridad

Todo el tráfico está cifrado (HTTPS) y la base de datos usa seguridad a nivel de fila para que cada persona solo pueda leer y escribir sus propios registros.

8. Menores

Si eres menor de edad, pide permiso a tu madre, padre o tutor antes de usar la app.
