1. 適用

この規約は、本アプリを使うすべての方に適用されます。ログインした時点で、この規約とプライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなします。

2. アカウント

• メールアドレス、Apple、Google のいずれかでログインします。ログインに使う手段はご自身で管理してください。
• アカウントは、アプリの「設定 → アカウント」からいつでも削除できます。

3. 禁止事項

• 法律や公序良俗に反する行為
• 本アプリのサーバーやネットワークに過度な負荷をかける行為、不正アクセス、解析・改ざん
• 他人になりすます行為、他人の情報を無断で入力する行為
• その他、運営者が不適切と判断する行為

4. あなたのデータ

あなたが入力した記録の権利はあなたにあります。運営者は、本アプリの提供とプライバシーポリシーに書いた目的の範囲でのみ使います。

5. 健康などについて

本アプリは習慣づくりを応援するためのもので、医療・健康上の助言を行うものではありません。運動や食事などの目標は、ご自身の体調に合わせて無理のない範囲で設定してください。

6. 変更・停止・終了

運営者は、事前にお知らせしたうえで本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を停止・終了することがあります。緊急の場合（障害・セキュリティ対応など）は事後のお知らせとなることがあります。提供を終了するときは、データを書き出せる期間を設けるよう努めます。

7. 免責

運営者は本アプリを無料で「現状のまま」提供します。運営者に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、本アプリの利用や利用できなかったこと、データの消失などによって生じた損害について責任を負いません。消費者契約法などの法律により、この免責が制限される場合はその範囲に従います。

8. 規約の変更

この規約を変更するときは、変更の内容と時期をアプリ内またはこのページでお知らせします。変更後に本アプリを使った場合、変更に同意したものとみなします。

9. 準拠法・管轄

この規約は日本法に従います。本アプリに関する紛争は、運営者の所在地を管轄する地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

1. Scope

These terms apply to everyone who uses the App. By signing in, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

• You sign in with an email address, Apple or Google. Please keep your sign-in method secure.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account in the App.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Anything illegal or against public order and morals
• Placing excessive load on our servers or network, unauthorized access, reverse engineering or tampering
• Impersonating others or entering other people’s information without permission
• Anything else the operator reasonably considers inappropriate

4. Your data

You own the records you enter. The operator uses them only to provide the App and for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Health

The App is meant to encourage habits and does not provide medical or health advice. Set goals such as exercise or diet within limits that are right for your own health.

6. Changes, suspension and termination

The operator may change, suspend or end the App after giving notice. In emergencies (outages, security issues) notice may come afterwards. If the App is shut down, we will try to give you time to export your data.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided free of charge and “as is”. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for damages arising from using or being unable to use the App, or from data loss. Where consumer-protection laws limit this disclaimer, those limits apply.

8. Changes to these terms

We will announce changes and their effective date in the App or on this page. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The district court with jurisdiction over the operator’s location is the exclusive court of first instance.

2. 계정

• 이메일 주소, Apple, Google 중 하나로 로그인해요. 로그인 수단은 직접 관리해 주세요.

3. 금지 사항

• 법령이나 공공질서·미풍양속에 반하는 행위
• 서버나 네트워크에 과도한 부하를 주는 행위, 부정 접속, 분석·변조
• 타인을 사칭하거나 타인의 정보를 무단으로 입력하는 행위
• 그 밖에 운영자가 부적절하다고 판단하는 행위

4. 사용자의 데이터

입력한 기록의 권리는 사용자에게 있어요. 운영자는 본 앱의 제공과 개인정보 처리방침에 적힌 목적 범위 안에서만 사용해요.

5. 건강 관련

본 앱은 습관 만들기를 돕기 위한 것이며 의료·건강상의 조언을 제공하지 않아요. 운동이나 식사 등의 목표는 자신의 몸 상태에 맞게 무리하지 않는 범위에서 설정해 주세요.

6. 변경·중지·종료

운영자는 사전에 알린 뒤 본 앱의 내용을 변경하거나 제공을 중지·종료할 수 있어요. 긴급한 경우(장애·보안 대응 등)에는 사후에 알릴 수 있어요. 제공을 종료할 때는 데이터를 내보낼 수 있는 기간을 두도록 노력해요.

7. 면책

운영자는 본 앱을 무료로 「있는 그대로」 제공해요. 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 있는 경우를 제외하고, 본 앱의 이용 또는 이용 불가, 데이터 손실 등으로 발생한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않아요. 소비자 보호 관련 법령에 의해 이 면책이 제한되는 경우에는 그 범위를 따라요.

8. 약관 변경

이 약관을 변경할 때는 변경 내용과 시기를 앱 안이나 이 페이지에서 알려 드려요. 변경 후에 본 앱을 이용하면 변경에 동의한 것으로 간주해요.

9. 준거법·관할

이 약관은 일본법을 따라요. 본 앱에 관한 분쟁은 운영자 소재지를 관할하는 지방법원을 제1심 전속 합의 관할 법원으로 해요.

1. Ámbito

Estos términos se aplican a todas las personas que usan la App. Al iniciar sesión aceptas estos términos y la Política de privacidad.

2. Cuentas

• Inicias sesión con un correo electrónico, Apple o Google. Mantén seguro tu método de acceso.
• Puedes eliminar tu cuenta en cualquier momento desde Ajustes → Cuenta.

3. Conductas prohibidas

• Cualquier acto ilegal o contrario al orden público
• Sobrecargar nuestros servidores o la red, accesos no autorizados, ingeniería inversa o manipulación
• Suplantar a otras personas o introducir datos de terceros sin permiso
• Cualquier otra conducta que el responsable considere razonablemente inapropiada

4. Tus datos

Los registros que introduces son tuyos. El responsable solo los usa para ofrecer la App y para los fines descritos en la Política de privacidad.

5. Salud

La App sirve para animarte a crear hábitos y no ofrece consejo médico ni de salud. Fija metas de ejercicio, alimentación, etc. dentro de límites adecuados para tu propia salud.

6. Cambios, suspensión y cierre

El responsable puede cambiar, suspender o cerrar la App previo aviso. En emergencias (caídas, seguridad) el aviso puede ser posterior. Si la App se cierra, intentaremos darte tiempo para exportar tus datos.

7. Exención de responsabilidad

La App se ofrece gratis y «tal cual». Salvo dolo o negligencia grave, el responsable no responde de los daños derivados del uso o la imposibilidad de uso de la App ni de la pérdida de datos. Cuando la normativa de protección de consumidores limite esta exención, se aplicarán esos límites.

8. Cambios en estos términos

Anunciaremos los cambios y su fecha de entrada en vigor en la App o en esta página. Si sigues usando la App después de un cambio, lo aceptas.

9. Ley aplicable y jurisdicción

Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de Japón. El tribunal de distrito competente en el domicilio del responsable será el tribunal exclusivo de primera instancia.
